The Big Public Poetry Party!

Come celebrate National Poetry Month at this fun collaborative event between the WPL and UNI's Language & Literatures Department! UNI students will present some of their favorite poetry before we break into optional mini-workshop groups where you'll be able to write your own poetry using provided prompts including those for ransom poetry, fridge magnet poetry, and more. No experience required. Participants will have a chance to share their work with the whole group at the end if they wish!
