Print, Scan, Copy, Fax

The library offers black and white and/or color printing from our public computers.

$0.10, per side for 8-1/2"x11" black & white

$0.25, per side for 8-1/2"x11" color

Patrons wishing to send print jobs from outside the library and have them printed by library staff may do so by emailing the documents to print@waterloopubliclibrary.org. Your documents will be printed when you arrive at the library. Your printed documents may be picked up inside the library or via curbside service.

The library offers two scanning stations for patron use free of charge. Scanned documents may be emailed or saved to a USB drive.

The library offers a self-serve coin-operated copy machine located on the first floor. Black and white copies are available for $0.15 per side.

The library offers outgoing fax service to the public for $0.50 per page. Please visit the second floor Information Desk to use this service.
