Teacher Unit Order Form

Teachers in Black Hawk County have the opportunity to request books as "teacher units'' from the Waterloo Public Library. The Youth Department accepts topical requests and selects appropriate books from the collection. For teachers in the Waterloo School District, a school van makes deliveries to the schools every Wednesday and Friday during the school year. Teachers outside of the Waterloo School District will be responsible for picking up and returning their teacher units. A teacher card is required in order to request a unit.
